Fleur de Sel terms, conditions and guidance notes
This is a self catering accommodation. By booking the house called “Fleur de Sel” (the guest and any one of your party) agree to abide by the terms and conditions documented below. Please read them.
Pets: We do Not accept pets, booking could be cancelled without a refund if you bring a pet (except if it is a registered blind dog and you told us in advance) Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside the house, but there is a back garden where it is permitted.
This house is strictly for 4 people + one baby (cot available) Booking could be cancelled without a refund if you exceed this number. We do not accept any stag parties. Free Private Parking available, for one car, 3 minutes walk away. Breakages, spills, damages: Guests will be expected to pay for in full. Holiday Insurance: We advise guests to take out separate insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances either prior or during your stay at Fleur de Sel

PLEASE NOTE Due to our elevated position within the harbour bowl, “Fleur de Sel” may not be suitable for those who are physically impaired. Please call us for further clarification.

Minimum booking is 3 days, discounts from 5th, 6th and 7th day.
The prices include a private car parking space for one car, 3 minutes walk away.
Please call us direct for up to date and last minute availability.
Please book with us direct, it could cost you up to 20% more if you book through a third party.
Payment method: Our preferred method of payment is Debit card, we also accept credit cards, or bank transfer, no cash, no cheques.
Payment: The balance payment for your entire stay will be payable 28 days before arrival and is Not refundable. The reservation will only be secured when the balance is fully paid.
Cancellation: as above up to 28 days before commencement of the stay. 28 days or less, we reserve the right to charge the fee (s) in full unless the room (s) can be re let. We will make best endeavour to re-let the room(s)
No Show: In case of a no show, the entire balance is Not refundable.
Check in: Access available from 2pm to 6pm (if you need later, do let us know in advance) On departure, you must put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and switch it on, and dispose of all rubbish into their appropriate basic and recycling bins provided, and leave them inside the house. Check out: up to 10.30am Free Private Car park available till midday on departure day.
